Lóránt built Ookulli so UK freelancers and contractors can understand a contract before they sign it. It reviews service agreements, NDAs and employment contracts, flags the terms that carry risk, points each one back to the wording it came from and names the UK law where there is one, so the reasoning is there to check rather than taken on trust.
He started in finance technology at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, working on regulatory and compliance systems. Since then he has been at startups building for consumers: education, HR tech, regtech, now this. The products look unrelated. The user is the same one each time, someone handling a decision on their own with nobody obvious to ask.
